Fantastic Stay Near the Tower!

The location could not have been better. It was a super quick walk to the main attractions! The staff were amazing. They were helpful and really friendly. The food at the hotel's restaurant was DELICIOUS!!! I especially enjoyed the pizza. The room was also very clean and had effective air conditioning, a huge plus.

The bathroom was a bit small, so maneuvering around was a little tight.

The staff offered quick and helpful assistance. They promptly addressed all my questions. Check-in was smooth, and the team provided recommendations for nearby restaurants. I really appreciated that. Housekeeping maintained a consistently high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. The service was great.

Air conditioning kept my room at a super comfortable temperature, a very welcomed feature. The free WiFi allowed me to stream videos. I really enjoyed that. The hotel offered luggage storage. This made my check-out day so much easier.

The hotel is positioned within a five-minute walk to the main square. I did enjoy that a lot. Shops and restaurants were conveniently located nearby. That was amazing. Public transportation was easily accessible from the hotel.

The location worked well being close to the leaning tower. I found the staff friendly and professional. Luigi brought coffee cups and wine glasses to my room without hesitation. The restaurant on site offered a ten percent discount .

The air conditioning was ineffectual in my room. I spent a very uncomfortable night in a hot space. I did not get much sleep because of it.

The rooms included basic furnishings and provided necessary amenities for a short stay. Cleanliness seemed a priority, given that I did not see any dirt in the room. The bedsheets smelled wonderfully fresh.

Staff members were consistently available at the reception desk. They always gave prompt assistance and were proactive in helping me. The check-in process occurred efficiently, and i was able to drop my baggage with ease after checking out.
